Hair Style was born in 2023 out of a frustration that almost everyone has experienced: the anxiety of trying a new hairstyle. Our founder had just walked out of a salon feeling unhappy with a haircut that looked nothing like the reference photo. That moment sparked a question: what if there was a way to see exactly how a hairstyle would look on you before committing to it?

With backgrounds in artificial intelligence and mobile development, our small team set to work. The early days were spent training machine learning models to accurately detect facial features, map face shapes, and realistically overlay hairstyles onto user photos. After months of research, prototyping, and testing, we launched the first version of Hair Style on the Google Play Store.
